Upgrade Your Prius to a Plug-In (PHEV)

Yet another piece of juicy news regarding the automotive industry. Ever wanted to get your hands on a plug in car but they just aren’t available yet? Its seems that there is an alternative that gives you the same benefits that without having to buy a completely new car.

The electric-car company ZAP, in conjunction with Hybrids Plus, has announced it will offer plug-in hybrid conversions for the Toyota Prius and the Ford Escape Hybrid. Once again that little car company we were previously talking about, ZAP, is making moves. Not only are they going to have their own line of electric cars themselves, but they are helping out other companies make the transition. Just great to see.
