Now via these two news “tid-bits” it’s becoming quite clear that the interest by electronic/computer companies in this whole environmental-thing is becoming more and more evident. There is no denying that climate change will not be solved by government reform (they can barely control their economic reform….oh ya I’m talking about those recent Wall Street bonuses) there has to be business reform in order to support consumer deamnd for eco-products. So who is making a more involved move into this market? Who else but Apple.
In a very similar move to say Intel or Google, Apple is heading into the home energy management sector. Called the HomePlug Powerline Networking, the new technology turns every power outlet in your home or workplace into a conduit for audio, video and data. Very interesting stuff.
