This is a very interesting idea! So right now, with the current economic situation, funds might be tight and budgets may be in place that require a cut back in spending. You may be putting off that Tesla Roadster for awhile, but you still may be looking to reduce you car emissions and keeping spending at a minimum. All the talk in the car industry is redesigning the car, and thats right to a cetain extent. However, what if you could just alter parts of it to run more efficiently? How about an attachment to you tailpipe?Hmm……
This is a great, outside the box idea to reducing car emissions. It’s not the be all end all, but a great idea. The gadget can reduce vehicle air pollution up to 57 percent and greenhouse gases up to 34 percent while increasing fuel economy up to five miles per gallon in lab testing. Click here to learn more.

What do you get when you combine Lambeau Field, The Saddle Dome, Giants Stadium, and the Metrodome? You get the new and improved , bigger than 4 football fields, Toyota’s solar array.
Toyota’s solar array is 242,000 square feet and provides Toyota’s North America Parts Center in California with 60% of its energy needs. With a total capacity of 2.3 megawatts, the installation is capable of generating 3.7 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually and it is expected to avoid about 6.4 million pounds of CO2 emissions per year.
This is an amazing step forward for Toyota and I would love to see this green initiative enacted to all their plants. However, what I am wondering is why this was not initiated on their roof? Seems to always be a logical spot but there must have been some technical aspect to consider that hindered them from doing that. All and all, and awesome move by Toyota. Click here to learn more.
